(1) A consumer group shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) The following amount shall be deposited in the fund under sub-section (1):-
(a) Grant amount received from Government of Nepal, State Government and local level,
(b) grant or aid amount received from any indigenous person or institution,
(c) Amount received by the consumer group from the sale and distribution of the bean produce,
(d) Amounts received from consumer group membership fees and fines imposed by consumer groups.
(3) The expenses incurred on behalf of the consumer group in accordance with the action plan shall be borne by the fund as per sub-section (1).
(4) In case of loss of life and property of the members of such group due to the wild animals in the forest managed by the consumer group, relief will be provided to the affected person from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The operation of the fund under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
